One of our fundamental characteristics is the environment in which we are located, in wine terms, we are located in the Ribeira do Ulla sub-zone belonging to the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin.
Part of our essence is our vineyard along with our cabins. And finally we can announce that the second part of our project, the creation of our wine, is already underway.
YEAH! We want to tell you that our Albariño is already in the tanks of our winery, being produced so that, in a short time, you can enjoy it with your favorite people, in a cabin, in a restaurant or at home with friends.
With this first wine we tried to express the peculiarities of the property. Convey the different soils and a climatic year through a bottle. For this reason, we make it in stainless steel, with a controlled temperature and aging it on its lees. Our Albariño expresses itself with varietal frankness and elegant discretion so that it can be preserved for a long time.
