We like our guests to be able to enjoy our cabins to the fullest and, being Galician, we believe that food is part of our essence and what better way to enjoy it than in the middle of a forest, in a cabin raised 3 meters high while listening the sound of trees or birds.
Today we want to tell you what our breakfasts consist of and how they are prepared.
The first thing that was clear to us that we wanted to include was fresh and seasonal fruit, which keeps all the flavor, respects a sustainable production and according to the time in which we are.
Fresh bread was another essential and we opted for mini individual bread muffins to make toast, even so we know that many of those who visit us are passionate about sweets, that is why we decided to include pastries in our breakfasts, but not just any, if not pastries fresh, made with love and good ingredients prepared on the same day (just like the bread). Every morning first thing in the morning we go to look for these products made by a bakery in our town, in this way we ensure quality and contribute to developing the economy and local commerce. To accompany these delicacies we include oil, tomato, salt, butter and jam.
Natural and Galician brand yogurts, because we believe in the products of our land, which is Galicia.
The coffee could not be missing, prepared at the moment and served in a thermos to make sure that it arrives warm and with all its properties. And the semi-skimmed cow’s milk to accompany it (if you have any intolerances or feel bad, let us know, and we’ll serve you one that you can enjoy). And if you don’t like coffee, we also include cola cao and infusions.
We put all this with great care in a basket, so that it arrives directly at the door of your cabin.
In addition, we like to encourage a varied diet, so if you stay more than one day in our cabins, we will make variations in your breakfasts.
