SEVENTEEN OF MAY or, as we say in Galician, “Dezasete de Maio“
the day of our language and our roots.
After having the blog on “stand by” we resume it to value everything that our beloved Galicia offers us. It is a day to vindicate our culture and admire our little piece of Galicia that today gives us wonderful grapes and our carballeira where our beloved cabins are located.
We are especially excited that today is dedicated to a woman, Xela Arias, because we believe in everything she claims, transmits with her words and teaches us through her verses. Here we leave you one of our favorite verses

We consider ourselves very lucky for everything that our landscapes and our culture offer us, because there are poets and writers who try to ensure that our language does not fall into oblivion.
